[1] Heard Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 as well as Mr. Romendro Sharma, learned counsel appearing writ petitioner. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased petitioner No. 2, viz., Shri L. Dhananjoy Singh who expired during the pendency of the connected WP (C) No. 620 of 2018. [3] Mr. Romendro Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the State respondents submitted that they have no objection in bringing on record the LRs of the deceased petitioner No. 2 as Petitioners No. 3 to 8. [4] In view of the submission made above and on perusal of the record, this Court finds sufficient grounds for allowing the Impleadment of the LRs of the deceased petitioner No. 2. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. [5] Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the LRs of the deceased petitioner No. 2 as petitioners No. 3 to 8 in the cause title of the connected WP (C) No. 620 of 2018. [6] With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands closed.
