The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarganj P.S. Case No. 03/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 112/317(4)/317(5) and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner is indulged in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle. During investigation, two stolen motorcycle were recovered from the house of the petitioner. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory Patna High Court CR. MISC.
