Case No. 171 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 113(3), 308(4), 310(4), 310(5), 61, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 17.11.2024, Chandwa Police, on the basis of confidential information that some criminals had assembled in agriculture farm at Kusumtoli and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the present petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that from the possession of petitioner Deepak Lohra, two live cartridges and a mobile phone were recovered, one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of petitioner Dinesh Kumar and one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Badal Lohra. 5. It was further submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
