Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. On a perusal of the relief sought as well as the complaint made before the District Collector, it is evident that the dispute is essentially between 5 private parties. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that the Respondents are not interfering with the subject property. 5. In view of the above submission and considering the nature of dispute, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
