Also heard Mr. A S C Bose, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 8. 2. Perused the memo dated 15.09.2025 filed along with the affidavit of the writ petitioner and noted the contents thereof. Also perused the letter addressed by the petitioner to the Registry enclosing the affidavit of the petitioner as also the letter seeking withdrawal of the writ petition addressed to the petitioner’s counsel. 3. Mr. V Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel, on instructions placed a Xerox copy of the affidavit of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw with the writ petition along with separate postal cover addressed to the petitioner’s counsel. 4. Considering the material on record and request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. No costs.
