GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not registering a First Information Report (FIR) pursuant to the directions of the Honble Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, in CFR No. 4927/2024 dated 20.03.2025, despite the petitioners complaint and availability of cogent evidence, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India, and Consequently direct the 3rd respondent police to forthwith register an FIR based on the petitioners complaint and to conduct a fair, proper, and expeditious investigation into the offence relating to the theft of medical equipment belonging to the petitioners hospital, in accordance with law.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on the complaint endorsed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kunool, a case in Crime No.371 of 2025 on the file of Kurnool IV Town Police Station for the offences under Sections 331(3), 305(a) read with 3(5) of BNS is registered. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri S.V.Ruthvik, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
