Sri T. Sanjeev Rao, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri J. Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel for the Respondent has submitted the Proceeding passed by the District Collector bearing Roc.F1/RP-283/1984, dated 07.10.2025. The said Proceeding would indicate that, in pursuance of 2 the Order of this Court dated 09.01.2025 in W.P.No.800 of 2025, the Respondents have put the Writ Petitioners on Advance Notice and that the Petitioners have filed the response as well as the additional documents and that after consideration of the same, the Respondent Authorities have declined to delete the portion of the land from the list of Prohibited Properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. 3. In this view of the matter, the direction given by this Court dated 09.01.2025 in W.P.No.800 of 2025 had been complied with vide Order dated 07.10.2025. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Order of this Court is substantially complied with and no further consideration is necessary in this Contempt Case. Needless to state that the Petitioners herein are given liberty to challenge the Proceeding dated 07.10.2025 bearing Roc.F1/RP 283/1984 passed by the District Collector. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No Order as to Costs. 5.
