The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 106/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 10.09.2025, husband of the informant Jageshwar Turi had gone to buy fodder for his cattle, thereafter he went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered from the field of Sanjay Turi. Suspicion has been raised against named accused persons that due to previous enmity, they might have committed murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confession of co-accused and this fact is also evident from the impugned order. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has confessed his guilt. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
