SATHEESH POLICE CONSTABLE PC 173, THE ELURU RURAL POLICE STATION ,ELURU. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass a writ , order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official Respondents in not taking any action despite of Petitioners written complaints of cognizable offences made against unofficial Respondents for using their official power and position targeting and harassing the petitioner Not by foisting false cases and also attacking the house by damaging and lifting the valuables of Petitioners and terrorizing his family members with their frequent visits as against the Petitioner Not 's professional News Reporting exposing their corrupt practices and further forcing and threatening the petitioner No.2 to report as per their likes and dislikes as otherwise to face more fake cases is illegal and unlawful and curtailing the freedom of Press and also against article 14 , 19 and 21 of Constitution of India besides being dereliction of Police duties consequently direct the official Respondents to order for a departmental enquiry against the unofficial Respondent Policemen in using their power and position illegally against Petitioner Not and further order to take action as per law against Complaint of the Petitioners dated 22.02.2021 and afterwards reminders as it discloses a cognizable offence committed by the unofficial Respondent Policemen and also direct the Unofficial Respondent Policemen to return the valuables and pay costs to the property damages committed at the Petitioners house and also direct the unofficial Respondent Policemen not to harass and interfere into the Peaceful living and enjoyment of Petitioners life and premises without following due process of law and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the Official Respondents to consider and dispose the written Complaint 3 of the Petitioner dated 22.02.2021 u/s 154(3) of CrPC which was refused to receive by the Respondent No.5, SHO ,Eluru Rural Police Station pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1.
