This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Bulandshahr. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 not allot the shop in question two others during the pendency of the writ petition before this Hon'ble Court. III. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. IV. Award cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that by letter dated December 24, 2024 show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner with regard to issue character certificate. The date was fixed as February 18, 2025, but the petitioner has not turned up on that date and adjournment has been sought on his behalf. 4. In light of the same, we are going to fix the date for hearing of the said show cause notice. The petitioner is directed to appear before the District Magistrate, Bulandshahr on March 26, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and the District Magistrate, Bulandshahr is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order on said show cause notice in accordance with law. We make it clear that on the said date no adjournment shall be granted. 5. The District Magistrate, Bulandshahr is also directed to look into the issue of grant of character certificate to the petitioner in light of the order dated October 22, 2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No.27678 of 2024 (Neeraj Pahadi v.
