ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in interfering with the civil disputes in between the Petitioner and 3rd Respondent and in coercing and harassing the Petitioner through phone calls and by summoning the Petitioner and threatening to arrest the Petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and wholly without jurisdiction and in violation of principles of natural justice and set-aside the same consequently direct the 2nd Respondent and their officials not to interfere, summon, harass or threaten the Petitioner without following due process.…”
2. None represented for the petitioner.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that basing on the complaint of one Raghurami Reddy against the petitioner, the petitioner was called through phone for preliminary enquiry by the police. He would further submit that they are not calling the petitioner to the police station, since the subject matter is of civil in nature. They are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
