ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction of the respondents in cancelling Registered Gift deed vide bearing Doc.No.3873/1975 dated 16.07.1975 alleged to have been executed on the file of the Respondent No.5 as highly illegal, arbitrary and exercise of power, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents authority to cancel the same and pass...”
2. Heard Mr. G.Yaswanth, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3.
In compliance to the orders of this Court dated 06.11.2025, the petitioners served notice on respondent no.6 and placed the proof of service. Despite service of notice, respondent no.6 has not chosen to appear before this Court. 4. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, as the Writ Petition is filed only to consider the application filed under The Registration (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2023 vide G.O.Ms.No.235 dated 09.7.2025, considering the same, the respondent no.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and to pass appropriate orders as per the above referred Amended Act by following the procedure contemplated under law. said exercise shall be completed within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
