The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent no. 1 to consider an appeal filed by the petitioner no. 2 202102950100046, within stipulated period. 10.2 That, any other writ, order, direction or relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances fo the case may kindly be passed in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per government instruction and condition, petitioner moved an application before respondent no. 4 for grant of lease, bearing Sheet No. 10A Plat No. 4/1 area 40 verg meter. After filing the application, the respondent no. 4 initiate proceeding, wants report for concerned Revenue Inspector, Patwari and also published notice and invite objection from concerned department and general public. The report was submitted by concerned officer and on the basis of said report, matter placed before District Level Committee on 27.06.2020, committee recommended for rejection of his claim and the matter was sent before the Collector, North Bastar, Kanker and Collector accepted recommendation of committee. He also prays for a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the appeal expeditiously within a time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, 3 submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the appeal bearing no. 202102950100046 in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously, as soon as possible, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the concerned and affected parties. 6.
