This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondents No.3 in not conducting investigation and not file charge sheet in connection with FIR No. 141 / 2025 on the file of the Narasaraopet I Town Police Station, Palnadu District, erstwhile Guntur District Punishable under sections 296(b),

351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS and 3(1 )(r), 3(1 )(s), 3(2)(va) of SC and ST POA Act, dated 13.08.2025 under the provisions of the SC and ST (POA Amendment Act) 2015 and rules made there under is as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory/ duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation and to file charge sheet in connection with FIR No. 141 / 2025 on the file of the Narasaraopet I Town Police Station, Palnadu District, erstwhile Guntur District, punishable under sections 296(b), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS and 3(1 )(r), 3(1 )(s), 3(2)(va) of SC and ST POA Act, dated 13-08-2025 under the provisions of the SC and ST (POA Amendment Act) 2015and rules made there under, and pass.”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondents/Police to conclude the investigation and file report in this matter, as per law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
