The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 03.12.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 307 of 2024, under Sections 15(2), 15(3), 210, 211, 318(4) of B.N.S., Police Station- Gopiganj, District- Bhadohi. 4. Learned A.G.A has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners, but he is not certain whether cognizance has been taken thereon or not. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that till cognizance is taken on the police report by the court concerned, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
