Petitioner before this Court claims regular pension on account of his regularisation having already taken place. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner having retired on 31.07.2024 has been paid all the dues except gratuity and pension. 4. In the considered view of the Court, since the petitioner claims to have been paid G.P.F. amount, this matter is directed to be considered by the competent authority, namely, respondent no.3. 5. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 detailing therein all his claims to which he is entitled alongwith interest within a period of four weeks from today and in the event he does so, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondent no. 3 within a further period of two months by means of reasoned and speaking order.
