The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief: “10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner and provide permanent employment to the family member of the petitioner (daughter- in-law is nominated by the petitioner to get the employment) in lieu of his land. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/2) within a time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P/2), expeditiously, as soon as possible, in accordance with law, rules and regulations. 6.
