Notices were served on the respondents No.1 and 2. But, no appearance has been made. 3. As the counsel for the appellant is no more, this Court ordered notice to the appellant. Notice sent to the appellant were returned with the endorsement ‘no such addressee in this door number’. As such, recording the same on 28.10.2025, the matter was posted to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. 4. Accordingly, the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
