The present Writ Petition is filed for non consideration of the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.09.2025. 4. On verification of the said representation, the very grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.6 and 7 are interfering with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land. In fact, the petitioner has filed F-line application and when the said application was not considered the petitioner has filed a writ petition vide W.P.No.20137 of 2024. The said Writ Petition was disposed of on 12.09.2024 directing the respondent authorities to conduct survey and fix boundaries. Pursuant to the said orders, the respondent

authorities have conducted survey and also issued an endorsement on 21.12.2024 to that effect. In fact, in the said endorsement it is held that if the petitioner has any grievance with the adjacent land owners, he will approach the Civil Court. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the grievance of the petitioner as the issue involved in this petition is civil in nature. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court for remedies against the respondent Nos.6 and 7. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________
