This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 2nd Respondent in not taking any action against the Respondent No.3 in pursuant to the complaint dt.06.11.2024 given by me, and in- spite of my repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the Respondent no.2 to forthwith act upon the complaint dated. 06.11.2024 and take action in accordance with law, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. V Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to act on his complaint dated 06.11.2024 and take action in accordance with law. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on oral instructions, submits that the police could not register the crime as the contents in the complaint by the petitioner are purely civil in nature. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
