Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned Order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Administration-III, Meerut Division, Meerut in Appeal No.1848 of 2024, Computerized Case No.T202411000001848 and order dated 23.01.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Tehsil Dhaulana, District- Hapur in Case No.3974 of 2021, Computerized Case No. T202111730603970 under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. (Annexure Nos. 1 and 2 to this writ petition) respectively." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
