The petitioner contends that his bank account has been frozen by the respondent bank without any reason. The action of the respondent is arbitrary and illegal. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent bank submitted that, the petitioner is working in Banglore, the branch of the respondent bank is situated in Banglore and the requisition authority is from Gujarat. No part of the cause of action has arisen within the State of Kerala. In light of the above submission, and taking into account that no part of the cause of action has arisen in Kerala, I dismiss the writ petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law.
