At the outset, learned counsel for the parties apprised this Court that identical writ petition involving the same issue has [2025:RJ-JP:6757] (2 of 2) [CW-3456/2013] already been disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this in the case of Rukmani Devi Saini and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Ors. while deciding the SBCWP No. 19629/2012 on 18.02.2014. 2. Since the issue involved in this petition has already been set at rest by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rukmani Devi Saini (Supra), this Court finds no valid reason to take a different view. 3 The present writ petition also stands disposed of in the light of the similar direction as issued in the case of Rukmani Devi Saini (Supra).
