Matter comes up on Misc. Application No.42/2025 seeking clarification of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court, while deciding the S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7520/2024 submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the operative part of the aforesaid order and in Para No.7, the name of the Court of "Additional District and Session Judge No.1, Kekri, [2025:RJ-JP:3314] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-42/2025] District Ajmer" has inadvertently been typed as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kekri, District Ajmer". Counsel submits that for the aforesaid limited purpose, the instant application has been filed seeking correction of the aforesaid order. 3. Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. The word "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kekri, District Ajmer" incorporated in Para No.-7 of the order dated 09.01.2025 be read as "Additional District and Session Judge No.1, Kekri, District Ajmer". 4. With the aforesaid modification, the instant application stands disposed of. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court.
