In view of his such submission, Mr. Choubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition to find out the liberty and also to surrender before the learned Court in light of judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4.
