V VINOD K REDDY (SC FOR ZP MPDO GP) The Court made the following: ORDER: To declare the action of the respondents in allowing the construction of Palakuru Gram Panchayat Sachivalayam building in an extent of Ac.0.21 cents in Sy.No.576/2D of Palakuru Revenue Village, Puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District (at Diguva Palakuru Village) by ignoring the existing 2 Sachivalayam buildings and also in the absence of sanction and permission for the same in the light of the representations dated 02.03.2021, as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Mattegunta Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents are not proposing to construct the building in the subject land as alleged in the writ petition and prayed to close the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate authority if necessity arises. 4. Recoding the said submission, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority if necessity arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
