Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in touch with them neither received any instructions from him. 4. Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department on instructions dated 29.11.2025 submitted that the amounts have been already paid to the petitioner. 5. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause survives, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum within two(02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
