This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 herein in not taking any action on the complaint dated 22-03-2019 lodged by the petitioner against the respondents 5 to 8 herein as highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to register the complaint dated 22-03-2019 lodged by the petitioner against the respondents 5 to 8 herein by issuing F.I.R. against the respondents 5 to 8 herein and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel representing Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home already submitted that as per enquiry of the police, the dispute is of civil in nature, and a notice was also served on the petitioner accordingly. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach proper forum for necessary redressal in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition may be closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach proper forum for necessary redressal in accordance with law.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the case, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach proper forum for necessary redressal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
