The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.366 of 2025 arising out of Namkum P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023 and charge has been framed under Sections 103(1)/3(5) and 238/3(5), 70(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi. On 23.10.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from the compounded land of the informant. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything was recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that name of this petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Aman Deep Gope. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Praveen Pramanik has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
