Learned legal aid counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that in compliance to the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by this Court, he has voluntarily handed over affidavits declaring all the assets of respondents No. 2 and 3. He further undertakes that respondents No. 2 and 3 will not violate any condions already imposed by this Court. 3. A perusal of the peon reveals that the ma<er is partly civil in nature and a civil suit is also pending. 4. Given above, this Court does not feel it appropriate to cancel the bail already granted to respondents No. 2 and 3 and the present peon is dismissed. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed of.
