Case No. 388/24 (however, in the impugned order it is stated as Town P.S. Case No. 388/24), arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 26/2024, for the offence under sections 21(b) /22(b) of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge, NDPS., Act, Palamau. On 27.10.2024, at about 03:40. P.M., Daltonganj Town Police apprehended this petitioner along with the co-accused Durga Devi from Sema Toli Chiyanki and on search 11.40 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 11 of this bail application. Learned SPl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but has not disputed the aforesaid facts. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl.
