ORAL ORDER
1. Sri. Sanjeev B.L., learned counsel submitted that petitioner No.2 is no more. Accordingly, the petition has abated as against petitioner No.2.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration that the impugned order is passed by respondent No.1 under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent Tribunal under S.17 of the SARFAESI Act. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
3. Taking into consideration the factual aspects on record,
learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will approach the competent Tribunal within four weeks and therefore, respondent - Bank shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
