When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners and liberty may be given to raise such grounds before the trial Court. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4.
