Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No.197 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh. On 23.08.2024, son of the informant namely Sanjay Bedia was shot dead by three unknow persons. Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner drawn attention of this court towards the finding in the impugned order, from which it appears that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that nothing was recovered on the pointing out by this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S.
