On perusal of records it is seen that this AB is pending before this Court since 2021. Gone through the records, the charges made against the present petitioners are sections 153A/504/505/506/34 IPC & 4 Expl Subs Act and as per the information gathered from the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the State respondent, direct involvement of the present petitioners are yet to be established/charged as charge sheet is not yet been filed. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of view that the pendency of the present AB before this Court for such a long time is not call for. Accordingly, interim order dated 19.02.2021 is made absolute with direction to the petitioners to co-operate with the I.O of the case, the petitioners should make themselves available before the I.O of the case as and when required and if they are arrested by the police in connection with the FIR case they shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs. 100,000/- (rupess one lakh) each with one surety (Government employee) of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. The petitioners should not leave the State of Manipur without prior permission of the Arresting Authority. Accordingly, the present AB allowed and disposed of.
