ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of suspension of license of Kiran Restaurant and Bar in Rc.No.B/125/2022 dt.25-05- 2024 by the respondent without any basis, ground or reason and further without giving opportunity of hearing and without considering the material on record and without conducting proper enquiry as arbitrary, illegal and against the statutory provisions and consequently set aside the order of suspension passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.B/125/2022 dt.25-05- 2024 and pass…”
2. By the proceedings impugned dated 25.05.2024, respondent No.3 suspended the license of the petitioner. Assailing the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit, since the bar and restaurant license period is over and requested this Court to permit the petitioner to assail the crime registered against the petitioner-Bar and Restaurant specifically registered vide Cr.No.245 of 2024.
4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the crime registered vide Cr.No.245 of 2024 against the petitioner’s Bar and Restaurant. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
