learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the claim petitioners and the respondents/decree holders and the respondents/judgment debtors are trying to execute the decree against the interests of the petitioners/claim petitioners herein. As it is a collusive decree according to the petitioners, when the petitioners filed the above said claim petition before the Court below, the same was returned on 26.11.2024 and it presented on 29.11.2024, complying with the said objections. However, the office of the Court below again returned it on
12.12.2024. Hence, this Revision. was re in view of the above said facts and circumstances, as it is the duty of the office of the Court below to raise valid objections at the time of scrutiny of the application filed by the petitioners, the above said objections appear to have been noticed by the Registry, for which only once on the above said date of 29.11.2024, the petitioners re-presented. But, when it was returned for the 2'"'^ time

3 HBKM.J C.R.P.No.297of2025 the same was not complied with by way of re-presentation of the above said claim petition. The petitioners shall comply with the objections, if any, over the claim petition in accordance with law by following the due procedure and if so warranted they can also seek for placing the un-numbered claim petition before the presiding Judge of the Court below for hearing on the objections and compliance thereof and appropriate orders can be passed by the Court below on merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. It is always open for the petitioners to work out their remedies under law. Return the original documents filed in this CRP under a proper acknowledgment by substituting with the Xerox copies. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There
