SRK, J W.P.No.1874 of 2015 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief. “……..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in issuing yearly lease for the fasalis 1432 and 1433 instead of granting 3 years lease hold fishing right at a time in favour of the petitioner Vadavalli Fishermen Cooperative Society, Vadavalli, Sattenapalli mandal, Palnadu District for fasalies 1432 to 1434 (i.e., from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2025) by duly enhancing the rental rates by 10 percent over the previous year over Tondapi Minor Irrigation Water Tank, Tondapi, Sattenapalli Mandal, Palnadu district in violation of GO Rt.No.99, A.H, DD and Fisheries (Fish) Department, dated 01.05.2023, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of the principles of natural justice.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri M. Ravi Kanth Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri B. Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
