JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 04.09.2025 None appears for the petitioners, on call. However, Mr. Token Ete, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, is present on behalf of the respondent State of Arunachal Pradesh. The record reveals that on earlier occasions also, the learned counsel for the petitioners had remained absent. On 02.07.2025, this Court directed the matter to be listed after the ensuing Summer Vacation on a date to be fixed by the Registry and made an observation to the effect that if the learned counsel for the petitioners does not appear on the next date; this Court may proceed to dismiss the petition for default. From the above, it appears that the petitioners, herein, are no longer interested in pursuing this matter. In view of non-representation of the petitioners on today too; the instant criminal petition stands dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
