The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by commanding and directing the respondents authority to consider the petitioner's EWS Certificate dated 14.08.2025 for admission in MBBS allotted Seat of Ambikapur Medical College. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record which relates to change of category Class in State counselling conducted by Chhattisgarh Medical and Dental Counselling committee. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to direct the respondent's authority to consider and decide the application dated 18.08.2025 before completing the counselling process. 10.4 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted” 3.
