1. By this petition, petitioner has challenged E-NIT dated 09.07.2025 bearing No. 13 REW Rajouri of 2025 qua the works of Panchayat- Thatyali, Ponthal (figuring at S. No. 34 to 49) as well as seeking direction upon Respondent No. 1 to 7 to decide the representation dated 12.07.2025, resolution dated 17.07.2025 and representation dated 23.07.2025, within some timeframe.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 1 to 7 to decide the representation dated 12.07.2025, resolution dated 17.07.2025 and representation dated 23.07.2025 filed by the petitioner, within some reasonable period of time.

of the official respondents submits that they are not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the other side.

In the aforesaid backdrop and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition, at the very threshold, without issuing any formal notice to the respondents, by directing the respondents, particularly, Respondent No. 1 to 7 to decide the representation dated 12.07.2025, resolution dated 17.07.2025 and representation dated 23.07.2025, filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks, from the date, copy of this order is served upon them, by passing a speaking order, strictly in terms of rules and regulations applicable, after providing the petitioner an opportunity of being heard in the matter, if so required.
