The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 145/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 03/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Jamshedpur. 3. It was submitted that 07.566 kgs of cannabis were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 4. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5.
