At the time of hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Police brought to the notice of this Court that the very same petitioner filed another writ petition vide WP No.21638 of 2024 for the self same relief and the said Writ Petition was disposed of on 07.09.2024 giving liberty to the Petitioner to recourse his remedies before the competent civil court where the matter is pending.
