The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification of order dated 23.07.2025 passed in CRA No. 1400/2019 with regard to the name of the counsel for the appellant. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in CRA No. Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 1400/2019, though the name of counsel for the appellant is mentioned as “Vijay Kumar Kashyap”, but the correct name is ‘Vijay Kumar Sahu’, therefore, the order dated 23.07.2025 may be modified accordingly. 3. We have gone through the judgment and perused the record available in CRA No. 1400/2019. 4. From perusal of record, it appears that in the entire record, the name of the counsel for the appellant has been mentioned as Vijay Kumar Kashyap. However, on the submission being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deem it proper to modify the order dated 23.07.2025 passed in CRA No. 1400/2019. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the name of the counsel for the appellant be read as “Vijay Kumar Sahu” instead of “Vijay Kumar Kashyap”. 6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with CRA No. 1400/2019. 7. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of.
