GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the Respondents no.5 to 7 misusing their powers by removing entire serious allegations in my complaint dated 15.02.2022 and threatened me and abused me with filthy language for new complaint dated 22.02.2022 by 7th Respondent with drunken status with malafide intention as illegal, irregular, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents no 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry in this matter and take necessary action against the Respondent no 5 to 7 on my report dated 07.03.2022, and 18.02.2022.” 2. Heard Basha Shaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there by a direction to complete the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of V.Kota Urban Police Station, Chittoor District and file a report as expeditiously as possible. 4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of V.Kota Urban Police Station, Chittoor District, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
