We have gone through the prayers made by the petitioner in the writ petition. Since, the prayer No.2 relates to prayer No.1 and the prayer No.1 itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner, therefore, in our considered view, no case is made out for interference in this appeal. 5. Hence, this appeal is dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J DAKSH/195(s)
