Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. Co-accused Najish Ansari had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant with intention to marry her. It is alleged that petitioner has helped Najish Ansari to entice the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused Parwej Alam @ Badku has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A.7580 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. It was further submitted that victim girl after her recovery again eloped with Najish Ansari. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Madhupur P.S.
