ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri D. Ramaswamy Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Srinivasulu Reddy Kommasani, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri V.V. Sathish, learned Standing Counsel for APCPDCL. 2. The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the shifting of a transformer close to the godown belonging to the Writ Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the photographs taken (at page 29 of the paper book) on 10.07.2025, which indicate that the Official Respondents have made a marking in front of the godown belonging to the Writ Petitioner. It is stated that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Official Respondents have taken a decision to relocate the existing transformer in a different location other than in front of the godown of the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.V. Sathish, learned Standing Counsel for APCPDCL, has produced the latest photograph indicating that due to the objections raised by the Writ Petitioner herein, the Official Respondents have not only relocated the transformer to a different place but have also reconstructed the same. In the photograph produced by Sri V.V. Sathish, learned Standing Counsel for APCPDCL, the newly constructed transformer is visible in the left side of the location, which is far from godown belonging to the Writ Petitioner. 4.
In view of the fact that the transformer has been relocated at a different location, which does not cause any obstruction to the Writ Petitioner, no further consideration of this Writ Petition is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 3
5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. ______________________________________ GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD, J Dt: 11.11.2025 Vns
