Ramaiah, aged about 58 years, R/o. 6- 103, Akkaram Palle, Timminaidu Palem Tirupati (Urban) Mandal, Tirupati District. ...Respondents Counsel for the Petitioners: CKR ASSOCIATES Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR REVENUE : Karri kalyan Durga Prasad SC for TUDA 3 W.P.No.26795 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to allot the reconstituted house plots in the subject property i.e., an extent of Ac.9.29 cents in Sy.No.403/2 and an extent of Ac.7.07 cents in Sy.No.409 of Settipalli Village, Tirupati (Urban) Mandal, Tirupati District in favour of the respondents No.7 and 8 without considering the objections filed by the petitioners on 15.10.2019. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. In fact, the guidelines/rules were framed vide G.O.Ms.No.173, dated 15.02.2019 by the respondent No.1. But contrary to the same, the respondents are trying to allot the reconstituted plots only to the respondents No.7 and 8. As the petitioners are the daughters, they have share and entitled for the reconstituted plots, accordingly, the petitioners have submitted their objections on 15.10.2019. Without considering the same, the respondent authorities are proceeding with the grant of entire benefits to the respondents No.7 and 8. 4. Though the petitioners have served notices to the respondents No.7 and 8, they have not chosen to appear before this court. 4 W.P.No.26795 of 2025 5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.6 submitted that the authorities would consider as per the policy and take decision with regard to the objections filed by the petitioners. 6. In fact, considering the submissions, this Hon’ble Court passed interim order dated 26.09.2025, which reads as follows: “...In the meanwhile, the 5th respondent/Tirupathi Urban is directed to examine the objections dated 15.10.2019 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate said decision to the petitioners.” 7. Considering the submissions and perusal of the record and also interim order of this Court dated 26.09.2025, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, the same is disposed of with the following directions: i. If the respondents have already considered and disposed the objections filed by the petitioners on 15.10.2019, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action by providing opportunity to the petitioners. ii. If the respondents are not able to obtain petitioners’ objections dated 15.10.2019, liberty is given to the petitioners to take one more opportunity of making objections within a period of two (02) weeks with all relevant records. If such objections are filed within two (02) weeks, the respondent No.6 is directed to consider the 5 W.P.No.26795 of 2025 same and pass appropriate orders, if required, by providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the respondents No.7 and 8. iii. Till passing of orders, the respondents are directed not to release the reconstituted plots pertaining to the subject property. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE D.
