Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of application moved by the petitioner, the proceeding of Revenue Case No.202408310800007/2023-24 is still pending before the Tahsildar, however, the Tahsildar is not proceeding in the said application and no order or steps has been taken for the necessary correction as sought by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the proceedings initiated by the Tahsildar on the application of the petitioner, the same shall be decided within a stipulated period. 4. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of and the Tahsildar, Jaijaipur is directed to decide the proceeding of revenue Case No. 202408310800007/2023-24, withing a period of fifty days from today. 5.
